PMTM does not believe in pressuring people into development or making big promises about what we will do. Development exists because the industry requires preparation. If someone needs support in areas like photomovement, acting technique, or auditioning, we provide options. If someone is already prepared, we say so.

We do not claim development guarantees work. Development simply prepares people for opportunities that already exist in the market. Development puts them in a better position to actually book these opportunities.

Our Approach to Photos

We do not require talent to buy photos from a specific studio, and we do not sell expensive photo packages. If someone needs updated photos, we explain what type they need (such as comp cards or headshots) and why. Talent are always free to choose their own photographer.
